Indian Pharma on a buying spree

A couple of news worth sharing after a long break. Indian pharma giants Sun pharma and Lupin are acquiring the assets worldwide. 

1. Lupin Pharma is eyeing UK based Sinclair IS Pharma for USD 500 Million. The target company has a portfolio in aesthetics, wound care and skin care. Lupin had bought Gavis Pharma, a US based company this July. Further, it acquired German company, Temmler Pharma.

2. Sun Pharma, in the meanwhile is planning to buy US based company, InSite Vision. This deal is expected to help build Sun Pharma's ophthalmology business in US market.
